Dream Chief released their debut single “Can’t Shake U” in early 2017 to amazing press and industry response, with lndyStar calling them a “must see” new artist. Spotify selected “Can’t Shake U” for inclusion in their coveted “Fresh Finds” and “lndie Pop!” playlists before it ultimately became one of the top songs on Spotify’s Global Viral 50 chart. To date, the song has accrued over a million plays on Spotify, and followup singles “Novocaine” and “Love Me Back” have accrued hundreds of thousands of spins. Dream Chief's 2019 single “Can’t Get Enough” was produced by the duo with Micah Tawlks and mixed by industry icon Mark “Spike” Stent, and led to a 40-date tour supporting The Band Perry on the COORDINATES TOUR.
In 2020, a split b-sides single entitled “No More / Overflow” was released, accumulating another 100k streams for the band.
